This Privacy Notice, where the wording 'You' or 'Data Subject' refers to the natural person whose personal data is processed, explains what personal data Swiss-CyberSecurity collects from the Data Subject through the interaction with the Data Subject, how personal data is managed and how the Data Subject can have control over it.
Swiss-CyberSecurity complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and will not share personal data with third-parties unless an explicit consent will be provided, or if the law will require.
Swiss-CyberSecurity collects data required for services rendered by Swiss-CyberSecurity (e.g. subscribe to an event on Meetup.com, Eventbrite.com, swiss-cybersecurity.ch/mlist, exchange of business cards with the Swiss-CyberSecurity team members) such as first name, last name, e-mail as well as all updates of this data.
